1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using The Nano Method ("the Course"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access the Course.
2. License Grant and Restrictions
Upon payment in full, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course materials solely for your personal educational and commercial application purposes.
You expressly agree NOT to:
- Redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or share Course materials in any form
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from Course content
- Share, transfer, or allow access to your login credentials
- Download, record, screenshot, or capture Course content except for personal notes
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source materials
- Use Course materials to create competing products or services
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
3. Payment and Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be honored under any circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
4. Course Access and Availability
Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to the Course as it exists at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to:
- Update, modify, or remove Course content at any time without notice
- Change the hosting platform or delivery method
- Discontinue the Course entirely (with reasonable notice)
- Terminate your access for violation of these Terms
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as the Course is commercially available and operated by us.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All Course content, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio, logos, trademarks, and software, is the exclusive property of The Nano Method and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
NO GUARANTEES: We make no representations or warranties regarding results, earnings, or outcomes from using the Course. Results vary based on individual effort, skill, and circumstances beyond our control.
EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY: The Course is provided for educational purposes. It is not professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.
AS-IS BASIS: The Course is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Course, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.
7. User Conduct and Compliance
You agree to use the Course in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Course materials and techniques complies with copyright laws, terms of service of third-party platforms (including but not limited to Midjourney), and all other applicable legal requirements.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. You are liable for all activities conducted under your account.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice or refund, for any violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or any conduct we deem harmful to our business or other users.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Nano Method, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Course, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or participation in class action lawsuits.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Nano Method regarding the Course and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Course after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
